HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year! Welcome to the year of the rabbit, the year of the water rabbit.

The date of Chinese New Year changes every year, but it always falls between January 21st and February 20th. The day of Chinese New Year is a new moon day, usually the second after the winter solstice. Or summer solstice in Australia’s case.

Back on the Gregorian or international calendar of New Year's I participated in a panel on inflation with KRTD Media. It also included fellow Australians, Gabie Bond and Steven Hail.

So I thought this might be a nice little treat for paying subscribers!
